Sinh con an toàn cho thai phụ nhiễm HIV

Tỉ lệ lây truyền HIV từ những thai phụ dương tính với HIV sang con khoảng 34 - 45%. Do vậy, việc áp dụng các biện pháp phòng ngừa như dùng thuốc kháng virus, giảm thiểu các thao tác gây chấn thương trong quá trình sinh nở, tránh cho con bú có thể giảm tối đa khả năng lây nhiễm.

<p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Mỗi ngày trên thế giới có khoảng 1500 trẻ nhiễm HIV, chủ yếu lây nhiễm trong quá trình người mẹ mang thai và sinh nở. Những thai phụ nhiễm HIV có thể lây truyền HIV từ mẹ sang con qua 3 đường chủ yếu như nhau thai, quá trình sinh nở và cho con bú. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Phụ nữ mang thai nhiễm HIV cần nghiêm túc thực hiện các biện pháp sinh con an toàn </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Nhằm giảm thiểu đáng kể khả năng lây nhiễm HIV từ mẹ sang con, các bà mẹ nhiễm HIV muốn sinh con an toàn, khỏe mạnh nên chú trọng những biện pháp sau: </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><b><font size="2" face="Arial">Phòng ngừa </font></b></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Thai phụ khi phát hiện nhiễm HIV ở thời kỳ đầu mang thai nên đến nhờ bác sĩ tư vấn, tìm hiểu mối nguy hiểm tiềm ẩn của căn bệnh này đối với thai nhi, trẻ sơ sinh và bản thân, tự nguyện lựa chọn việc có nên tiếp tục mang thai hay không. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Những thai phụ phát hiện nhiễm HIV mà vẫn lựa chọn tiếp tục thai kỳ thì nên đến bệnh viện sở tại có chức năng điều trị kháng virus HIV hoặc các cơ sở chăm sóc sức khỏe bà mẹ trẻ em để được sử dụng miễn phí thuốc kháng virus lây truyền từ mẹ sang con cũng như các dịch vụ kiểm tra khác. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Đẩy mạnh các biện pháp nhằm ngăn ngừa sự lây nhiễm từ mẹ sang con như chăm sóc sức khỏe sản phụ, tư vấn kiểm tra bệnh và sinh đẻ tại bệnh viện. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="center"><img src="/connect/ec100e804d09a38da225a21bb01704a1/1/20121011-sinhconantoanchothaiphunhiemHIV_402x269.jpg" border="0" title=""></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="center"><font size="2" face="Arial">Nuôi con bằng sữa bộ có thể giảm tối đa khả năng lây nhiễm HIV </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Nghiêm ngặt tuân thủ những chỉ định của bệnh viện về việc uống thuốc kháng virus. Đặc biệt nên sinh nở tại bệnh viện nhằm giảm thiểu những thao tác gây chấn thương trong quá trình sinh nở, đồng thời tránh tuyệt đối cho con bú mẹ sau khi sinh. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><b><font size="2" face="Arial">Cho trẻ đi xét nghiệm kháng thể HIV miễn phí khi trẻ được 12 và 18 tháng tuổi. </font></b></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><b><font size="2" face="Arial">Sinh con an toàn </font></b></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Người mẹ nhiễm HIV nếu sinh con bằng đường âm đạo nên tránh các thao tác gây chấn thương trong quá trình sinh nở, cố gắng rút ngắn quá trình sinh, tránh co thắt mạnh ở tử cung, rút ngắn thời gian vỡ màng ối. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Phương pháp mổ lấy thai có thể giảm khả năng lây nhiễm từ mẹ sang con. Tuy nhiên, nếu lựa chọn phương pháp này cần uống thuốc kháng virus thích hợp và lựa chọn những nơi có điều kiện. Ở những nơi điều kiện khó khăn thường không chủ trương chỉ định phương pháp này vì rất có thể xảy ra biến chứng cao. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><b><font size="2" face="Arial">Xử lý trẻ sau sinh </font></b></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><b><font size="2" face="Arial">Tránh làm tổn thương da và niêm mạc trẻ sơ sinh </font></b></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Sau khi trẻ sinh ra, cần cắt rốn cách cuống rốn 3-5cm rồi đặt trẻ vào phòng phục hồi để giữ ấm. Việc khử trùng dây rốn phải hết sức cẩn trọng. Bên cạnh đó, cần kịp thời làm sạch các chất dịch, nước ối và máu người mẹ ở niêm mạc da, khoang mũi, miệng của trẻ. </font></p> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="justify"><font size="2" face="Arial">Dùng nước ấm để tắm nhẹ nhàng cho trẻ, tránh làm tổn thương da và niêm mạc.
